Dinky Winks is the owner of Troublemaker Theme Park who appeared as a supporting character in Spy Kids 2: The Island of Lost Dreams and a cameo character in Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over. He's always looking for great ideas for his park on a daily basis.

Spy Kids 2: The Island of Lost Dreams[]
Making his first appearance in Spy Kids 2, Dinky Winks is first seen giving Alexandra, the daughter of the President of the United States a tour of his park, where he would present to her the park's newest ride: the Juggler.
Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over[]
In Spy Kids 3, after Juni remembers Gerti's advice that everyone is his family well into the film's climax, he summoned the rest of the allies he and Carmen made through the adventures of the first two films for assistance in the final battle against the Toymaker and his army of giant video game robot gorillas. Dinky and his son were among those summoned, and Dinky believed one of the gorillas would make a great addition to his theme park. After lassoing one of the robots, his son had his specially personalized branding iron on hand so he could use it to give one of the robots a good branding powerful enough to destroy it. He and his son later join hands with the Cortez's extended family afterward.
