Michael Donnagon Giggles was an evil agent of the OSS before he reformed and is now a technical expert. He was a supporting character in Spy Kids, the main antagonist in Spy Kids 2: The Island of Lost Dreams, and a major character in Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over.

Donnagon was one of Gregorio's groomsmen at his and Ingrid's wedding, and was their driver of their getaway boat.
Spy Kids[]
In Spy Kids, when OSS agents began to go missing, Donnagon is sent to find them. However he gets captured as well, by the (supposedly) mad genius, Fegan Floop. He gets turned into a Fooglie henchman and is renamed Donnamight. Carmen and Juni meet him while he and the other Fooglies are being led by the Thumb Thumbs. Juni and Carmen ask where their parents, who were sent earlier to save the agents, are. Because of his transformation, Donnagon speaks backwards. Carmen and Juni play the recording of Donnagon's voice in reverse, and are told their parents are in the dungeon. The Spy Kids promise they'll be back for him and the other agents. Later, Donnagon and his fellow spies were turned back to normal.
Spy Kids 2: The Island of Lost Dreams[]
In Spy Kids 2, Donnagon's children, Gary and Gerti, are in competition with Carmen and Juni. Donnagon plans to steal the all-powerful Transmooker device, which can shut off all electricity, in order to rule the world.
His daughter Gerti ends up sabotaging him, and she hopes he will change his ways to goodness.
Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over[]
It is shown in Spy Kids 3 that his wife Francesca has turned Donnagon round for the better, and that he is back at the OSS working in technical support. He, along with his wife, brief Juni on the Toymaker's plan to brainwash the children of the world with his video game Game Over, and sends Juni into the game in order to save his sister Carmen and stop the Toymaker's scheme. Donnagon and his wife act as support to Juni throughout parts of the film, such as giving advice. At the climax of the film, he, along with an ensemble of characters, team together to bring down the Toymaker, who managed to escape into the real world of their own after being released from his virtual prison.

Donnagon is at first not very friendly with the Cortez siblings. By Spy Kids 3, he has somewhat befriended Juni and Carmen.

- In the first Spy Kids film, his name is given as Michael Donnagon as seen on his missing report, but in Spy Kids 2, his name is shown as Donnagon Giggles. It's possible that the name "Donnagon" is his middle name and Michael is his given name.
- Donnagon had tried to take over the world once prior to the Spy Kids series, as Gerti threatened to tell her mother that he tried to take over the world again.
- Donnagon seems to be fearful of his wife to an extent because he got worried when Gerti said that.
