Francis is a major character in the film Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over.

Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over[]
He first appears in Level One of Game Over. Juni, confuses him as a pogo-toad. He is experienced with the game, having been a Beta player.
Personality[]
He is rude and selfish towards Juni at first just like Arnold and Rez, but eventually comes around once Juni proves that he's The Guy. He is intelligent and innovating.
Abilities[]
Francis is an intense gamer and plays to his smarts by using his tech manual in the game, like at the door of Level 5, he thinks Juni is a deceiver living in the game only to find out that it is really Demetra. He is also skilled at the game, having played it since Beta.
Relationships[]
Arnold and Rez[]
They seem to be very good friends.
Juni[]
In the beginning of the movie, Francis is hostile towards Juni, since he is inexperienced in the game. But, at the end of the movie, Francis befriends Juni for helping them through the levels. After leaving the game, Juni learns that Francis isn't as smart as he was in the game. Juni is disappointed with this, saying "reality check,". Francis asks who he is in the real world before he is surprised and impressed by Juni being announced as a secret agent and the latter leaving by stating "I'm just Juni Cortez".
