The Purple Electric Whip is the gadget used by Rebecca Wilson. It is a whip, but it's electric and high voltage as she whipped one of the Timekeeper's minions with it. It can even swing a person around by the legs, such as when Rebecca accidently caught Carmen but whipped her around, hitting the minions.
